Angel of the North

The Angel of the North is a giant, iconic steel sculpture by Antony Gormley, located in Gateshead, England, famous for its massive wingspan, distinctive rusty color from weathering steel, and its role as a landmark bridging the industrial past with the information age, symbolizing hope and regional pride.
