2. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a written counter-notification that includes the following:

• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed in error.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court and accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.
• Your electronic or physical signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content, unless the original claimant files a court action within 10 business days.

3. Repeat Infringers

UAVBBI reserves the right to terminate user accounts or block access for users who are repeat infringers of copyright or who repeatedly violate our Terms of Service.
